HOME AND OFFICE ASSISTANCE

  • All Mobile devices such as Cellular Phones, Tablets or Laptops are excluded on this product.
  • Municipal Connections and all repairs outside the borders of the residence are excluded on this product.
  • Repair costs on appliances older than 8 years are excluded on this product.
  • The Call Center will arrange a qualified and accredited service provider to attend to any repairs for day-to-day household Appliances, Geysers and Devices. We will not accept any liability if something goes wrong or if which were not reported and arranged through our Call Center.
  • Repairs are subject to the availability of parts needed for the repairs of your appliances and devices.
  • This benefit includes the call-out fees and 1 hour labour, any additional cost will be for your own account.

POTHOLE ASSIST

  • We succeeded in removing the hassle of burst tyres or bent rims caused by pothole-ridden South African roads. For your convenience we can install the spare on the scene or with us. There is a benefit in that alone, but other benefits further include:

    • In the event of an incident you will be referred to the nearest Supa Quick outlet for the highest quality, service and attendance.

    • When an incident occurs, if there is no spare wheel available your vehicle will be uplifted and taken to the nearest Supa Quick repair centre to get you back on the road in the shortest period possible.

    • Rim repairs will be done through one of our approved and standardised Wheel Collision technicians.

GEYSER AND PIPE ASSIST

    • This Assist product was created to provide geyser & pipe maintenance repairs that need to be carried out in the shortest period possible. It also provides a benefit of unlimited assistance. We are available to assist you with emergency repairs when your geyser don’t supply hot water or you have a water leak, may it be a burst pipe or faulty pipe fittings.
    • This benefit includes the call out and two hours labour, replacement of vacuum breakers, pressure valves, elements, thermostats, pipes & pipe fittings. This assist is available within the borders of South Africa during office hours, Monday to Friday.
